Personal use software, provided free of charge.

• AEGIS Terminal ("the Software") is provided free of charge, as-is, for personal use only. No warranty is given, express or implied.
• The Software does not constitute financial advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the user, who assumes full responsibility for any financial outcome.
• AEGIS is self-hosted: Marco Vega ("the Developer") has no access to your broker credentials, trading data, or personal information. No data is transmitted to the Developer at any time.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the Software, which is zero. The Developer shall not be liable for trading losses, data loss, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico (Estado de Jalisco). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Privacy Policy

Your data never leaves your machine.

• AEGIS is fully self-hosted. All data — trade history, broker credentials, settings — is stored exclusively on your own machine. No data is collected by or transmitted to Marco Vega or any third party.
• The Software contains no telemetry, analytics, tracking pixels, or crash reporters of any kind.
• Exception: Cloudflare Tunnel routes your network traffic to your Windows node. Cloudflare may process tunnel metadata (IP address, request timestamps) in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
• Right to erasure: To permanently delete all your data, delete aegis.db from your machine. This is the sole database used by the Software.
